New Director of CSS Budapest
We are happy to announce that Emese Böröcz, a long-time member of CSS and an integral part of the Society’s leadership has recently been appointed Director of CSS Budapest. Thanks to the generous support of the Pannonius Foundation and the Hungarian American Coalition, Emese concluded CSS’ Pannonius fellowship in 2013.
She earned two Master’s degrees in international relations and public policy, graduating from the Maxwell School of Syracuse University and the Hertie School of Governance as one of the first participants of the Atlantis Transatlantic Double Degree Program. She finished her BA in International Studies at Corvinus University, and is an alumna of the Thomas Mann Gymnasium, German High School of Budapest. Emese studied abroad in Switzerland and The Netherlands, and interned at the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Global Public Policy Institute in Berlin.
